Sorry this didn't help. Downloading Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta should be simple. First go to mojang. If you do not have a Mojang account, you can migrate it from your Minecraft account. Once you log in it should bring you to your account page listing all Mojang games that you own. Once you get the code from Microsoft's website, it should automatically go the the Store app on Windows 10 and unlock the game for you. You should then see a "redeem" button; click that and paste it the code you got into the text box.
To change accounts on the Store, I believe that you will have to go into the settings app and sign out of your account there. I too, did all this and it says the code has already been redeemed but there is still no credit in my account to download the game. What gives? Site Feedback.
