I have been using this app consistently for 3 days now and it a disappointment. Connecting to my work's virtual desktop is hit or miss I can either logon right away or it is forever processing my logon attempt. Needs improvements ASAP, please. Every time the app closes, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app, otherwise it never loads.
Every single time I need to open citrix to log into Epic, it freezes and I Have to uninstall and then reinstall. Every single time, download citrix workspace app. You also can't expand the app across 2 monitor screens, which is awful because the reason I bought 2 monitors is so that I can write my note on one monitor while browsing the Epic chart on the other monitor which significantly decreases the time it takes to write notes.
Only time it works is when I first install it. Once I close it and I'm done logging download citrix workspace app my work it doesn't work. I heaved uninstalled it and reinstalled and then it works. But just like before once I close it and try to reopen it, it just lags and doesn't open.
Works well with my companies remote access, but doesn't have continuum support. This really limits its utility to me. Gets connected to company server but app is virtually unusable. App keeps duplicating key presses e. Starts up faster than the non-Windows version, however will not synchronize properly with my application.
Windows distorted terribly - like old time TV with horizontal hold out off adjustment. Non-Windows store version works fine. Have found this on numerous computers from multiple manufacturers, all running latest Windows 10 updates. Unusable at this time. This is very important for some of our workflows, so its absence is a dealbreaker. Should that be added, it would be perfect!
